Rev Minister Gail Thompson BTh, MTh, Dip Min
Founder & CEO
Gail is an ordained Honourable Chaplain at SOAS University. Her background includes 20 years as a professional conductor and saxophonist, however her musical career was cut short when she was diagnosed with MS at the age of just 29. Not one to let adversity slow her down, Gail has since completed her Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees, founded Brixton Musicworks school and has served as a Governor of Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital. As well as many funding bodies, including the Arts Council of Great Britain, Gail has worked alongside Lambeth Borough Council for many years. She is currently studying towards her PhD.
Amal Abdalhakim- Douglas
As well as being an author and community leader, Amal is the senior consultant at the DMC consultancy specialising in fundraising, diversity training, and business advice. He is the Director of Finance and CEO of the Norwich Academy for Languages and Continuing Education (NALCE), where he tutors in mathematics and business studies. As well as accountancy, travel, and shipping, Amal is well versed in the production and distribution of health products, computer sales, publishing, and security services. The experiences contributing to him being the founder CEO of the Open Trade Network. Amal has recently taken a position as chaplain of SOAS and is an author published in English, Spanish, Indonesian and Danish.
IT & ESOL Tutor
Kristina has dedicated her career to the betterment of others. In the past year alone she has had two learning resources published, taught for various ESOL & IT projects in Lambeth and frequently volunteered for the Millennium Friends Network’s ‘Befriending Project’. Kristina strongly believes in free education for all, regardless of background, ability, or age and has worked with sheltered housing schemes, social care agencies, budgeting workshops for Lambeth Borough Council and as a play & youth worker for special needs assessment and supervision.
Marketing & Social Media
James has held volunteer roles with organisations including football club Stonewall FC, Healthy Living Platform & Lambeth TechAid, furthering their causes through marketing & social media. He is a qualified journalist with over five years experience and has featured in many publications.
Claudette works as a college Chaplain at SOAS and is the founder and artistic director of the Holy Apostles Theatre ministry. She is an ordained interdenominational minister with a strong passion for social equality, justice, and peace. She was the Chief Administrator of Tulse Hill based organisation Glows, who graciously welcomed Millennium Community Solutions in to their Community Centre. Claudette has worked as a singer, poet, actor, teacher, and educator. She is currently writing her first one woman show and is publishing her first book of poems; "Black Blessed and British".

Adam is an award winning entrepreneur who has founded and invested into several high impact, scalable, mission-driven organisations.
Fundraising & Analytics
Cheryll is an experienced and accomplished community safety partnership manager. Her role includes conducting data analysis and running public consultation programmes to inform the development of Croydon’s Community Safety strategy. She has designed and delivered community safety training and workshops to community groups, young people in schools, and council staff in order to raise awareness of crime prevention. Cheryll also works closely with analytics, providing crime and anti-social behaviour analytical support, to inform both operational and strategic decision-making processes.
